gobyfish collective are an all womxn artist-cooking collective based in London. Foregrounding the act of eating as a metaphor to talk about wider conversations, their practice explores the social and ecological dimensions of food; the ways in which it connects communities while also shaping the landscapes around us. Their performative meals playfully tell stories that span ancestral pasts yet expand into speculative futures. gobyfish use seasonal, local and wild produce as a starting point for their projects, as they seek to express a fusion of land and body in their work.
